What’s typically covered in a website maintenance package?
We have 3 packages available that cover standard plugin and core wordpress updates through to SOS support, which is vital for transactional websites. If your site wasn’t built by Ssquibble we’d always start with a conversation to understand the problems you are experiencing and the type of support you need.
Which platforms can website maintenance be performed on?
We offer our maintenance packages for WordPress websites only.
What is the website maintenance process?
After our initial call, we will require access to your website. We will also carry out an onboarding session to get you set up in our project management system. This is where we manage all the monthly tasks from. You can call us anytime between 9am to 5pm or you can email us with any support requests. Depending on the plan you choose we will also schedule monthly calls to provide additional analysis and UX improvements.
