So smooth, it’s invisible

Moving through any platform should be intuitive. This comes from a deep understanding of the audience and careful design of user experience (UX).

We know the science of UX inside out. We know how eyes track across a screen, and how colours, information architecture and button hierarchy interact to lead users in certain directions. In the end, your users move through the process without any friction. Good for them, good for business.

Rob Parker, CTO

Squibble helped us to enhance our user journey and provide an updated user interface design that is intuitive and focusses on an improved user experience. We felt as though the communication was seamless throughout the project and Squibble became a key part of our delivery team.

A positive experience, everywhere

What makes for good UX? It depends on context, of course. That means we need to consider all the variables – including different devices, accessibility and users’ digital literacy. So that’s exactly what we do, with extensive user research, planned and thought-through user journeys and a rigorous programme of testing to make sure everything is just right.

Our UX & UI packages

Choose the right blend of analysis, research and data mining to plot the perfect route for your business.

Research user needs

Thinking about how the mind works, we map product strategies, discover pain points and monitor users’ behaviour. The destination? A seamless digital experience.

What’s included

Quantitative research: analysing numerical-led data through analytic reports and user survey results to gather information on current user behaviour.

Qualitative research: analysing user conversations and behaviour through user interviews and user stories to better understand your users pain points and how they interact with a product or service.

User personas: to target your product to your ideal, information-led customer type. Presented on A4 poster designs.

Design a new product

UX provides solid foundations for your product. By embracing user research and UX fundamentals, we create compelling user experiences. We can take your ideas and bring them to life.

User journey: creation of a user journey flow to pin-point the steps a user will take in either a new or improved user journey.

Sketching: quick iterations to map out screen content.

Wireframing and prototyping: detailed wireframes to map out low fidelity designs that form the basis of the design.

Prototyping: linking all elements of the wireframes to show each interaction and the user journey, presenting a fully functioning prototype.

Testing: through user interviews and user stories we can test the prototype to ensure it has met the users needs and address their current paint-points. Any feedback from the research will be implemented to the prototype before progressing with UI.

Design: creating a style guide and implementing UI to the prototype, bringing the design to life.

Rigorous flexibility

In helping so many businesses rebrand, we’ve found a process that works every time. The secret? At each stage, there’s space to explore what makes your brand unique.

We build
Design agreed, our team of developers bring it to life. Your improved website is built to reflect the new vision of your business and its bright future.
We design
Equipped with research outputs, we either refine your site’s current structure or formulate a new design with an emphasis on user experience, ranking, and visual appeal.
We investigate
Unique design doesn’t come from nowhere. We need to understand your business and its place in the market. So, first things first: a comprehensive site, market, and competitor analysis.

Your questions, answered.

In its simplest form, UX or User Experience Design is the way we as humans interact with something. And when it comes to website design, a user’s experience plays a pivotal role in their satisfaction. A website with bad UX could cause your users to be frustrated when interacting with the website and consequently lose interest in what the website has to offer.

At Squibble, we get to know your users. Understand what makes them tick and map out an experience that will help to keep them engaged. We pull out all the stops with user research, journey mapping, wireframes and testing. Fool-proof solution.
