Making the platform easier to use
Together, we embarked on an immersive UX research journey, unraveling user behaviors and fine-tuning the user journey. This meant placing Oxygen Finance customers front and center.
We started by conducting interviews with existing users. Following our UX research we discovered a number of improvements that would empower users. We designed a global filter, making it easier to access the right results.
Additionally, we streamlined the navigation menu for effortless exploration.
