Sample some luxury.
Kingsmead Carpets were an evolving brand stuck with an outdated website that had numerous problems.
As part of a larger rebrand project, they turned to Squibble to help design and build a new website that is fit for their future. The scope of the website was simple; let customers find carpet styles they liked and order samples.

Reposition the brand
With updated brand guidelines, we needed to align their website with their branding and position them in the market so their sales could soar.
Easy-to-update platform
Building an easy-to-edit back end system so the team could create new content quickly and easily with a click of a button.
Custom integration
Connecting to their order-fulfilment system with a custom API so there was a seamless transition from customer order on the website to their warehouse.
Easy-to-update backend design
The marketing team were struggling to make edits on the go without investing in expensive maintenance agreements. We gave the team complete control over their content to make the process of updating products quick and easy. We also provided training to make sure everyone felt comfortable hitting the update button.
Projecting luxury
Kingsmead’s online presence had not been able to keep up with their changing offer, and they weren’t accurately presenting their premium product on their website. We worked on a colour scheme, introducing a stylish shade of peach, which brought a high-end feel to the brand.
Simple organisation tools
After talking to the sales team and carefully plotting the user journey, we created a custom filter for searching Kingsmead’s carpet collections. The previous system was based on ranges, but with 80-plus ranges it gets very tricky for customers to navigate. Filters like colour and material now help customers narrow their choices before ordering a sample. An API connects to the Kingsmead HQ to fulfil the orders.

Migrating from WIX to WordPress gave the Atrato Roof's marketing team the power they needed to take control of their website, enabling easy content changes with custom template design pages. A bespoke animation effectively showcases their process, and a custom gated investor center restricts access as needed.
