Let's get to know your business

In helping so many businesses rebrand and rebuild their websites, we’ve found a process that works every time. The secret? It’s all in the discovery and a chance to explore what makes your brand unique.

Then we deep dive into your industry. What are your competitors doing? Which clichés are ripe for disruption? What brands do your customers love? Expect mood boards and phone calls to discuss our findings. It’s all good stuff.

I’m grateful that the team at Squibble gave their insight during the discovery session. It was really useful to have a fresh pair of eyes on our existing marketing material.

Your voice, amplified

Some of our clients have been through a creative project before – whether that’s a rebrand, web design project or digital marketing campaign – and found the process frustrating.

Squibble is different. The Discovery Session allows us to identify key messages, build customer personas and define milestones that are completely unique to the project. These become the building blocks that allow us to amplify and shape your vision.

Rigorous flexibility

In helping so many businesses, we’ve found a process that works every time. The secret? At each stage, there’s space to explore what makes your brand unique.

1. Discovery
This session gives our team a chance to get to know your team. This is a crucial step. But don’t worry, we keep these relaxed. Less interrogation, more conversation – you’d be surprised what we’ll discover over a coffee and some biscuits.
2. Research
Time for a deep dive into your industry. What are your competitors doing? Which clichés are ripe for disruption? What brands do your customers love? Expect mood boards and phone calls to discuss our findings. It’s all good stuff.
3. Concept
We put pencil to paper and turn ideas into reality. Our designs start from scratch – no stock, no copying, just original concepts for original brands. And once we have something we’re excited to show you, we’ll get it vectorised and ready for presentation.
4. Revision
The process is collaborative. That’s why we always factor in time to shape our idea to match your ideal. At every step, you’ll have a say to make sure we’re on the same page and moving things forward.
5. Delivery
Once everyone is happy with the finished design, it’s time to get it packaged up. We supply the files you need to use your branding wherever you want – from mobile screens to printed billboards and anything between.

Your questions, answered.

Branding is, in a nutshell, the representation of your company as a personality. It’s who you are and what differentiates you from your competitors.

It encapsulates everything associated with the perception of your business, from your logo and products to the deeper values your company holds.

When put like that, it sounds pretty daunting, huh?

But it doesn’t have to be, so long as you have the right people who understand every aspect of what your company stands for and what you’re hoping to achieve.

Your branding can make or break whether someone chooses to invest in your products or services. All of your marketing efforts and assigned budgets ultimately sit under your company’s brand.

We’ve written an entire post about why branding matters if you want to find out more.

Your brand personality is the thing that your target audience can relate to the most. For example, innocent Drinks personality is quirky, Tesla’s is sophisticated, and Harley Davidson’s is rugged.

This is one of the first things you should consider when setting up and building your brand.

If you’re unsure what your brand personality is or are looking to tweak it, a brand audit can help.

When you choose Squibble, you join our family, and likewise, we become part of your team.

So be ready for lots of questions and exploring new ideas. You’ll be presented with oodles of creativity and multiple check-ins along the way. Our love for creative design and branding is infectious, and we can’t wait to share our ideas with you.
